Description
First matured in the bottle for three months in the cellars of the Brouwerij De Halve Maan before refermentation with wild yeast. These beers continue developing in subsequent years, the bitter hop aromas becoming softer, with the wild Brettanomyces yeasts creating hints of fruit, flowers and wine.
